[AP/Washington Post] Egyptian authorities arrested 25 militants with links to al-Qaeda on suspicion of plotting attacks on oil pipelines and ships in the Suez Canal, the Interior Ministry said in a statement on Thursday. The new cell was led by a Palestinian and included 24 Egyptians.
