[CNN] Iran's latest proposals to the UN are "not really responsive" to international concerns about its nuclear program, State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley said Thursday. He said Tehran's latest proposals continue to insist that its nuclear file is "closed," and "That is certainly not the case."
