[Zaman-Turkey] Lale Sariibrahamoglu - While recent joint Turkish-Syrian land exercises have irked Israel, Turkish Chief of General Staff Gen. Ilker Basbug said Wednesday: "We are not interested in Israel's reaction." He explained that while they are small-scale exercises, they are important since they are the first of their kind conducted jointly by the neighboring countries. However, Gen. Basbug stated that the exercises are not directed against third parties.
