[Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs] Israel's Security Cabinet on Wednesday decided to release 20 Palestinian women security prisoners and detainees in return for a recently recorded video tape of kidnapped Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit, as proof that he is alive.
