[Wall Street Journal] Jay Solomon - Secretary of State Clinton tried to kick-start a new round of talks during stops in Israel and Arab capitals, but the divisions proved too wide to bridge. Clinton told a reporter from Al-Jazeera Tuesday in Morocco why negotiations with Israel, even without a total settlement freeze, were ultimately good for the Palestinian people.
