[Ha'aretz] Yoav Stern - Syria continues to transfer advanced weaponry to Hizbullah while working toward bettering its relations with the U.S., Israeli security sources say. Syria's intentions are to raise Hizbullah's capabilities to a level beyond what the group had prior to the Second Lebanon War in July 2006.
