[Reuters/International Herald Tribune] Denis Dyomkin and Guy Faulconbridge - Russia plans to start up a nuclear reactor at Iran's Bushehr plant by the end of the year, the head of Russia's state nuclear corporation, Sergei Kiriyenko, said on Thursday.
