[Jerusalem Post] Dan Izenberg - The Palestinian Authority would be perpetrating a material breach of the 1995 Oslo Interim Agreement by declaring an independent state. According to Article 23 of the internationally recognized accord, "neither side shall initiate or take any step that will change the status of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip pending the outcome of the permanent status negotiations."
