(Wall Street Journal) Nour Malas - Israel participated Sunday in the first meeting in Abu Dhabi of the newly-formed International Renewable Energy Agency, or IRENA. Israel's minister for infrastructure Uzi Landau led a delegation to the third meeting of the preparatory commission. Israel and the United Arab Emirates have no diplomatic relations.
