(Financial Times-UK) James Blitz - Yukiya Amano, the new head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, accused Iran of failing to cooperate with his inspectors Sunday. Amano told the board of governors that the IAEA "cannot confirm that all nuclear material in Iran is in peaceful activities because Iran has not provided the agency with the necessary cooperation." Western diplomats have praised the IAEA's probe into "possible military dimensions" of Iran's nuclear program.
