(UPI) An indictment was filed Wednesday in Belgium charging former Israeli prime minister Ehud Olmert, defense minister Ehud Barak, and former foreign minister Tzipi Livni with war crimes involving the 2009 invasion of Gaza. Belgium has a law of universal jurisdiction that allows charges to be brought for actions anywhere in the world.
