(Ha'aretz) Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Michael Mullen said during a visit to Israel Sunday: "I always try to see the threats and the challenges from an Israeli perspective." IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Gabi Ashkenazi and senior IDF staff held an extended meeting with Mullen to discuss military cooperation and mutual security challenges.
