(Ha'aretz) Anshel Pfeffer - The Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) said Monday that it has apprehended several members of Hamas believed to be behind the murder of an Israeli police officer last month. Sergeant Major Yehoshua Sofer, 39, was shot dead on June 14 when his vehicle was ambushed in the southern Hebron Hills; two other police officers were wounded. Several members of a Hamas terror cell in the village of Deir Samet were detained.
