(Ynet News) Roni Sofer - Israeli Ambassador to Turkey Gabby Levy is expected to inform local authorities that Israel will return the Turkish boats which took part in a Gaza-bound flotilla. Israel's leaders made the decision following negotiations with Ankara, during which Israel demanded that the vessels would not take part in future sails to Gaza.
