(Ynet News) Ali Waked - Palestinian sources said Tuesday that in the renewed direct negotiations, Israel was insisting on starting with the security issue, while the PA wanted to begin with the border issue. On the settlement issue, the Palestinians have admitted that they would have to accept a certain resumption of building.
