(Ynet News) Norway has informed the German shipbuilder Howaldtswerke-Deutsche Werft (HDW) that it will no longer be allowed to test Israel-bound submarines in its territorial waters, due to the Israeli navy's role in enforcing the blockade of Gaza. An improved Dolphin submarine built by HDW for Israel is due to be completed in early 2011 and another in 2012.
