(Ha'aretz) Barak Ravid - Israel is expected to inform UN Secretary General Ban-ki Moon on Monday of its intent to withdraw from the northern side of the divided village of Ghajar on the border with Lebanon, a government official said Saturday. The international border between Israel and Lebanon runs through the middle of the village.
