(Jerusalem Post) Hilary Leila Krieger - Amid his rising conviction that Iran was pursuing a nuclear weapon, Bush described the "eye-popping declaration" by his own intelligence agencies in the 2007 National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) that judged with "high confidence" that Iran had halted its nuclear weapons program.
