(Washington Post) Kevin Sullivan - Secretary of State Rice said Sunday the U.S. would not provide financial assistance to a Palestinian government run by Hamas. Rice said funding from the EU, Asian nations, the UN, and international financial institutions is in jeopardy if Hamas does not change its policies.
