(Asahi Shimbun-Japan) Shinichi Murakami - "We have conveyed to the Palestinian side...to take the Japanese government's hint" that there could be a freeze on aid in the future, Tatsuo Arima, Japan's special envoy to the Middle East, said Tuesday.
