Despite a push by Europe and the Arab League to revive the Middle East peace process, peace talks are seen in Jerusalem as fanciful. Prime Minister Olmert is focused on rehabilitating rocket-hit northern Israel and dealing with what Israelis see as the country's biggest security challenge - Hizballah's main sponsor, Iran.
