(Ha'aretz) Amir Oren - In his forthcoming visit to Washington, Prime Minister Olmert is likely to encounter indifference sugared with ceremonial niceties. The Bush administration made a serious blunder and allowed Hamas to take part in the elections, on the basis of a complacent supposition that Hamas would not win - a mistake that has left the Israeli-Palestinian process completely stuck.
