(Ha'aretz) Danny Rubinstein - The makeup of the new government is a warning to the Fatah old guard that the rules of the game have changed. The only achievement of the old guard is keeping Nabil Sha'ath in the government, despite great hostility displayed toward him by Fatah's young guard. Sha'ath has been promoted to deputy prime minister and information minister. Abbas was also forced to give up something, so his staunch loyalist Nabil Amr, who was the designated information minister, was not included in the government.
