(Jerusalem Post) Jordana Horn - UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon issued his annual report on Lebanon, denouncing the continued presence of militias threatening the country's security. The report focuses on the implementation of Security Council Resolution 1559, adopted in 2004, which calls for "the disbanding and disarmament" of all factions in Lebanon.
