(Ha'aretz) Arnon Regular - The Palestinian factions ended their internal talks in Cairo Thursday with a decision to continue the current lull in the fighting for an indefinite period. The participants also agreed to set up a "new PLO" by the end of the year, which would, for the first time, include the Islamic organizations Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
