(Telegraph-UK) Editorial - Syria still exercises considerable leverage in Lebanon, and despite the threat of further sanctions from Washington, it has no intention of limiting its regional role. Bogged down in Iraq, Washington probably lacks the stomach to overthrow Bashar.
