The unarmed confrontation with Israel on May 15 - led by demonstrators marching towards the border while chanting slogans - was a first. As one of the participants put it: "Without weapons, with our bare hands, we succeeded in crossing the border....Tomorrow, with Allah's will, we will reach and liberate Jerusalem and the whole of Palestine."
