(AP/Ha'aretz) Two days after a Palestinian suicide bombing in Netanya, German Foreign Minister Fischer sharply rebuked the Palestinian leadership Thursday, saying the Palestinians will never have an independent state until "violence and terrorism" end. "Terrorism will have no positive results, and there will be no chance to establish an independent Palestinian state as long as violence and terrorism continue," Fischer said after meeting Palestinian Prime Minister Qurei. On Tuesday, U.S. Secretary of State Rice phoned PA Chairman Abbas and said he must take immediate action to find and prosecute those responsible for the Netanya bombing. 2005-07-15 00:00:00Full Article
