(State Department) Following a meeting with PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas in Ramallah on Saturday, Secretary of State Rice said: "When the Israelis withdraw from Gaza it cannot be sealed or [be an] isolated area, with the Palestinian people closed in after that withdrawal.
