(Reuters) Laila Bassam - Hizballah hailed Israel's evacuation of Jewish settlements in Gaza on Tuesday as another victory for armed resistance. "The Israeli withdrawal from Gaza is a defeat for Israel and a victory for the Palestinians," said Hizballah's deputy chief Naim Kassem.
