(Jerusalem Post) Herb Keinon - Israel is likely to begin dismantling unauthorized settlements in the West Bank within 90 days of the evacuation of the northern Samaria settlements, a senior government official said. The official referred to "momentum" that the IDF was keen to capitalize upon.
