(Guardian-UK) Martin Chulov - Lebanon's senior prosecutor has received criminal indictments for four members of Hizbullah, who are accused of assassinating the country's former prime minister Rafiq Hariri and killing 21 others in a car bomb attack on the Beirut waterfront on 14 February 2005.
