(Jerusalem Post) Gil Hoffman - A Dahaf Institute poll published in Yediot Ahronot on Monday found that 79% of Israelis back the deal to trade kidnapped IDF soldier Gilad Shalit for 1,027 Palestinian terrorists, while 14% oppose it. A Midgam poll broadcast on Israel Channel 10 TV found that 69% backed the deal and 26% opposed it.
