(Jerusalem Post) Arieh O'Sullivan - More than 150 top officers and security personnel from some 30 countries are attending the IDF's first-of-its-kind conference on low-intensity conflict this week. "I don't think that we can totally eliminate terror, but our position is that we are capable of subjugating terror so that the other side understands that terror is no longer the main tool with which they will be able to reach their strategic goals," said Maj.-Gen.
