(Reuters/Washington Post) A Saudi who led Arab fighters in Chechnya was killed there a few days ago, his brother said Sunday. Russian officials said the Saudi, known as Abu Walid, was among those who organized a bombing in the Moscow subway that killed about 40 people in February. The Kremlin also believes Abu Walid was among those behind the 1999 apartment bombings across Russia.
