(Financial Times-UK) Michael Peel and Camilla Hall - A strategic pipeline project that would allow the United Arab Emirates oil exports to bypass the Strait of Hormuz will not be ready until May or June, UAE Oil Minister Mohamed al-Hamli said on Monday.
