(Jerusalem Post) Matthew Gutman - The army has begun the removal of some 40 roadblocks and obstacles near Palestinian villages across the West Bank in an effort to "ease the flow of movement and quality of life" for Palestinian civilians, following several weeks of relative quiet in the territories, IDF officers said Monday. However, the continuation of the process depends on "terrorist groups not taking advantage of the new situation."
