(Jerusalem Post) Khaled Abu Toameh - Arafat suggested that Sunday's Tel Aviv bomb explosion, claimed by his Aksa Martyrs Brigades militia, was an act of provocation carried out by Israel following the ruling of the International Court of Justice against the security fence. Members of the Aksa Martyrs Brigades in Jenin and Nablus took to the streets to celebrate the bomb explosion.
