(Telegraph-UK) Massoud Ansari - Pakistani intelligence officials believe a Libyan, Abu Faraj al Libbi, once bin Laden's personal assistant, took over as third in command of al-Qaeda when Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was captured last year.
