(Jerusalem Post) Herb Keinon - As a "goodwill gesture" to the Palestinian Authority, Israel gave the PA a NIS 180 million advance on tax money it transfers on a monthly basis. The money was transferred before Ramadan to help the PA pay the monthly salaries of public sector employees.
