(Ha'aretz) Arnon Regular - Official results announced Sunday confirmed Hamas' strong showing against Fatah in the Palestinian municipal elections held Thursday. Hamas, participating for the first time, scored victories in nine councils against 16 for Fatah. Voter turnout was extremely high.
