(Ha'aretz) Yair Ettinger - Arab candidates for the 16th Knesset are claiming that Syria and Lebanon are interfering in the elections and are engaged in a propaganda drive for Balad leader Azmi Bishara. The Lebanese television station Al-Mustaqbal, owned by Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, has been running highly sympathetic interviews with Bishara, and candidates from other parties are convinced that this is on orders from Damascus and Beirut.
