(Ha'aretz) - In the first trial of a Palestinian with alleged links to al Qaeda, Nabil Okal, a Gazan trained in Afghanistan camps run by Osama bin Laden, was convicted of participating in military training overseas and conspiracy to commit terrorist attacks, and sentenced to 27 years in prison Monday.
