[AP/Fox News] Zubair A. Ahmed, 27, and Khaleel Ahmed, 26, two Chicago-area cousins who are both American citizens, were arrested Wednesday on charges of conspiring to commit terrorist acts against Americans overseas, including U.S. military forces serving in Iraq.
