(Ha'aretz) - Amos Harel The shooting attack "was planned and directed" from the Muqata, the headquarters of PA Chairman Yasser Arafat in Ramallah, military sources said Sunday. The attack was perpetrated by a cell of Fatah's Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, whose members worked in the past for one of the PA's security mechanisms, and are responsible for other shooting attacks.
