(New York Times) Etgar Lefkovits - Israel's first state-supported Jewish-Arab high-technology incubator was privately founded in 2002 by five Israeli Arab businessmen with their Jewish partner, Davidi Gilo, an Israeli entrepreneur who now lives in California.
