(Ha'aretz) Arnon Regular, Yossi Verter and Shlomo Shamir - Political sources in Jerusalem Thursday said that during Secretary of State Powell's visit in Israel Friday, he would update Sharon on the international diplomatic campaign the U.S. is waging against Hamas and on steps Powell has taken personally to further this campaign, including conversations with the leaders of Egypt, Syria, and Britain.
