(Ha'aretz) Yair Ettinger - The ministerial committee on Arab affairs, headed by Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, on Tuesday approved a plan submitted by the National Security Council (NSC) for narrowing the gaps between the Jewish and Arab sectors.
