(Ha'aretz) Aluf Benn, Baruch Kra, and Arnon Regular - Israel announced Thursday that Akram Tubasi, 31, a Palestinian Coast Guard officer, has been under arrest since September for his role in the smuggling of weapons and munitions from Egypt.
