(London Times) Richard Beeston - In the split-second that it took to trigger the bomb in Gaza, the assailants succeeded in putting America's War on Terror squarely on the Israeli side of the conflict with the Palestinians. A total of 49 American citizens have been killed during the past three years of violence, most of them dual nationals caught in the crossfire. This is the first time that American officials appear to have been specifically targeted by Palestinians.
